Client Responsibilities:

Representation:
We act as either a buyer's agent, seller's agent, dual agent, or transaction broker, as defined by state law. Our representation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Confidentiality:
We respect the confidentiality of your personal and financial information. However, we may disclose such information when required by law or necessary for the provision of our services.
Fees and Commissions:
Our fees and commissions are outlined in the agreement signed between the client and us. Any additional costs incurred during the transaction will be communicated to the client.
Property Information:
We strive to provide accurate information about properties listed for sale or lease. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
Fair Housing:
We adhere to fair housing laws and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the parties may pursue mediation or arbitration as outlined in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
